He stated: “You do it for the win and I think we deserved the win, not based on the first-half but more on the second-half. I think we have to work on playing consistently for 90 minutes, and not only for one half.” Wieffer further noted that in their recent matches, the team has demonstrated strong performance in one half but struggled in the other, underscoring the necessity for greater consistency. He mentioned that Brighton created several scoring opportunities, including a shot that struck the post and another involving [Yasin] Ayari. Wieffer suggested that with slightly more fortune, they could have secured a 2-1 victory. Wieffer concluded this point by emphasizing the team’s need for self-assessment and improvement.
