Women’s Scottish Cup Third Round Features Edinburgh Derby

Hearts will host Edinburgh rivals Hibernian in the third round of the Women’s Scottish Cup. The two sides last met in the SWPL in September, with last season’s finalists Hearts winning that encounter 4-0. Elsewhere in the competition, holders Rangers are scheduled to visit Westdyke, while Partick Thistle will host current SWPL leaders Glasgow City. Defending SWPL champions Celtic are set to travel to face Glasgow Girls and Women. Additional fixtures include Aberdeen hosting Cairn, Hamilton Academical playing away against Queen’s Park, and Dundee United also on the road to face Inverness Caledonian Thistle. Motherwell will take on hosts Rossvale, Spartans are to welcome Glenrothes Strollers, and Montrose will play away against East Fife. All these ties are scheduled to be played on 8 December.
