Tottenham forward Wilson Odobert is set to be unavailable for an unspecified duration after undergoing surgery for a hamstring injury. The 19-year-old, who transferred to Spurs from Burnley in the summer, had recently returned to play against AZ Alkmaar in the Europa League. This followed an initial injury he sustained in September during the Carabao Cup victory over Coventry City. A statement from Spurs indicated that Odobert “will continue to be closely monitored by our medical team to determine when he can return to training”.
