Rangers have announced the departure of assistant manager Jay Bradford. She will conclude her 18-month tenure as Jo Potter’s assistant. Bradford, who previously managed Coventry City and Burnley, arrived at Ibrox with head coach Jo Potter in summer 2023. She played a role in guiding the team to victory in two domestic cups last season. Her final match with the club will be Sunday’s fixture against Hibs, which precedes the winter break for SWPL clubs. “This was not an easy decision for me as I have loved my time with the club,” she stated. She further explained, “I had to weigh up several factors in both my professional and working life and at this time I felt it was the right move.” Bradford also commented, “I have loved working with Jo, we have a great working relationship, as well as a friendship which will continue, and I am sure she will lead the club to more success. Being part of two trophy wins last season was incredible.”
