British fighter Molly McCann is scheduled to compete against Brazil’s Istela Nunes in a strawweight division contest at UFC London on March 22. This marks the 34-year-old McCann’s third appearance in the weight class since her transition from flyweight. Her recent record includes a submission victory over Diana Belbita in February, followed by a unanimous decision loss to Bruna Brasil in July. The 32-year-old Nunes has sustained losses in all four of her UFC appearances since her promotional debut in 2021. This fight, taking place at the O2 Arena, is one of three contests announced by the UFC on Tuesday, which also features a heavyweight clash between Britain’s Mick Parkin and Poland’s Marcin Tybura. Additionally, Polish light-heavyweight Jan Blachowicz is scheduled to compete against New Zealand’s Carlos Ulberg.
