This performance prompted former Arsenal defender Keown to offer significant praise during the recent Match of the Day broadcast. Keown stated, “He’s one of the finest players we have seen in the Premier League.” He further elaborated, “It is that combination of technique, intelligence and there is a determination.” Keown added, “His feeling for the game it is like he has a helicopter view of things.
