Jersey, currently ranked 33rd in the world T20 international standings, has announced its squad for the European Cricket Women’s Championship in Spain and upcoming international matches against Gibraltar. Chloe Greechan is set to captain the team, which features debutant bowler Olivia Bastin. The squad is scheduled to compete against Austria, Czechia, Germany, and Spain in the Challenger Division of the 10-over tournament, taking place from December 8-14 in Malaga. Following the championship, Jersey will travel to Gibraltar for two T20 internationals, where they will play against the host nation. Gibraltar holds a world ranking of 31, two positions higher than Jersey.
