Dundee Finalizes Loan for Monterrey’s Cesar Garza

Dundee has stated its expectation to welcome Cesar Garza on Monday. The club has reached a one-year loan agreement for 19-year-old midfielder Cesar Garza, who comes from the Mexican side Monterrey. This teenager will be the first player to move between the clubs since a strategic partnership was announced in November. He will become eligible to play once the January transfer window opens, provided he receives international clearance and is granted a visa. The defensive midfielder has played 12 matches for Monterrey, scoring once, and was a member of the Mexico squad that secured the Concacaf Under-20 Championship this year.
