Hibernian manager David Gray shared his thoughts following the team’s 0-0 draw against Ross County. He commented: “I think firstly, a point away from home in a clean sheet is never a bad thing, so we need to take the positives from that.” Nevertheless, Gray also pointed out deficiencies in the team’s performance, adding: “But if I’m being honest, I think there’s a wee lack of quality in the final third from us especially, or the decision-making and execution let us down a bit.” Gray discussed the persistent pressure associated with his position, stating: “Pressure’s always been there, I know that. I’ve been at the club long enough to understand that and I think it’s never going to go away. I’m ready for it 100 per cent. “I know it’s always going to be there. I just have to adapt and go into the next game as much as I possibly can, [and] believe in what I’m doing.” He highlighted the team’s unity and continuous progress, observing: “The group is really close together, I think you’ve seen that tonight, even though we weren’t at our best, we managed to get a positive result. We know we need to improve. “We know we are improving, but it’s a process and we’re all sticking together and working as hard as we can. I just have to concentrate on the next game.”
