Cardiff Rugby has finalized a three-year lease extension with its landlords, Cardiff Athletic Club, to continue its tenure at Arms Park. The home ground of Cardiff Rugby has a capacity of 12,000 spectators. The Welsh rugby region’s previous agreement, signed in 2022, had secured their presence at the city centre venue until at least spring 2025. Richard Holland, Cardiff’s chief executive, confirmed this latest extension, which guarantees the club’s continued use of Arms Park through 2028. Holland commented, “I am pleased to inform you that we have recently agreed a three-year extension to the existing lease with Cardiff Athletic Club, which takes us to 2028 and the conclusion of the Euros.” He further noted, “Discussions over the longer-term future are ongoing but my thanks go to the Athletic Club for their continued support.”
