Great Britain’s national team experienced a 77-67 loss against Greece during the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 qualifiers. Panagiotis Kalaitzakis and Kostas Papanikolaou were Greece’s joint top scorers, each contributing 14 points. For Great Britain, Myles Hesson led the scoring with 14 points, making two of five three-pointers. Team-mate Quin Ellis also added 13 points. In the group standings, Greece has now ascended to the top position with seven points. The Czech Republic is placed second with six points, matching Great Britain, who are in third. The Netherlands is fourth with five points. All teams have two games remaining in the qualifiers.
