Victor Moses, who secured a Premier League title during his tenure at Chelsea, has expressed his willingness to play in any position for Luton Town if it benefits the team. The Nigerian international was deployed as a left wing-back in Tuesday night’s 2-1 victory against Stoke City, a result that concluded the Hatters’ three-game streak without a win. Speaking to BBC Three Counties Radio, Moses stated, “I’m a utility player and can play in any position – I’m happy to help the team.” He further elaborated, “Anywhere the manager wants me to play I’m happy – I’ve always been that sort of player who switches position to cover and help the team and I want to keep on doing that and enjoying playing.” The 33-year-old joined Luton in September as a free agent after departing Spartak Moscow, and he hopes his experience can assist them in climbing the Championship table. He offered advice to his teammates, saying, “I’ve said to the lads we just need to keep our heads down – don’t do stupid things because I’ve been in a position like this before. “We need to enjoy our football – don’t complicate it, just do the basics right and things will come around.”” Luton has advanced to 14th place and is scheduled to visit Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.
