Woman in Critical Condition After Van Collision in Grimsby

A woman sustained life-threatening injuries in Grimsby following a collision with a van. The incident occurred on Friday at approximately 19:40 GMT when a white Ford Transit van, travelling south on Alexandra Road towards Frederick Street, struck a pedestrian. Humberside Police reported that the 44-year-old woman was transported to a hospital, where she continues to be in critical condition. The force has issued an appeal for witnesses and any available CCTV or dashcam footage.
