Woman Identified in Spalding Murder Investigation

Police have identified a woman whose body was found at a house in Lincolnshire. Kristine Sparane, aged 37, was found deceased at her residence on Winsover Road in Spalding on Tuesday. Lincolnshire Police reported that a 64-year-old man, residing in the Spalding area, has been taken into custody in connection with her suspected murder. The police force further stated that the arrested individual is thought to have had a prior acquaintance with the victim. Insp Matt Dickinson commented: “We understand that this incident is likely to be concerning for our community. “An investigation into the circumstances surrounding this tragic death continues.“Officers and staff from the investigation team remain at the scene and we will be continuing our inquiries for some time.”
