Law enforcement authorities are looking into a collision between a van and a car that occurred in Shropshire. The incident involved a grey Vauxhall Combo and a blue Toyota Aygo, which collided on the A458 Bridgnorth bypass around 1600 GMT on Wednesday. According to police, both individuals driving the vehicles, a man aged in his 50s and an 18-year-old woman, were transported to a medical facility; however, their injuries were not deemed life-threatening. No arrests have been carried out. Individuals who were present in the vicinity during the incident are requested to get in touch with West Mercia Police. The Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service reported that the thoroughfare remained shut for multiple hours, subsequently reopening at 2200 GMT. The police force further stated that the Vauxhall was proceeding in the direction of Dudley when it collided with the Aygo, which was situated on the opposing carriageway.
