Wales achieved a comeback victory against Italy at Cardiff Arms Park in this year’s Under-20s Six Nations. For the 2025 Six Nations, Rodney Parade is scheduled to host an Under-20s international, an event it has not seen since 2008. The Welsh team will travel to Newport to compete against Ireland in the championship’s third round on February 21. Their other home fixture is scheduled for March 14, when they will face England at Cardiff Arms Park. Richard Whiffin’s squad will commence their campaign on February 1 in Vannes, playing against France, before proceeding to Treviso a week later for a match against Italy. Between their scheduled home matches, the team will journey to Edinburgh to play Scotland on March 7. Over the last ten years, the majority of Wales Under-20s’ home fixtures have been held in Colwyn Bay. Whiffin commented that they experienced “great results and times up there” and that “it’s fantastic we’re now down south where we are looking to grow our fan base.” Whiffin further stated, “Now the games have been confirmed things get a little bit more real and we’re excited to get back to Cardiff playing on a Friday night against England and then Ireland at Rodney Parade in Newport.” He concluded, “We expect England and Ireland to travel well so we expect it to be an exciting boisterous crowd, so we’ll be going all out to play an attractive brand of rugby to excite the crowd.” Post navigation Nottingham Forest’s Ambitions Revealed After Strong Start Astana 1-3 Chelsea Match Outcome: Audience Feedback Requested
