A motorist operating a van has been taken into custody and faces charges related to road traffic violations, following an incident where his vehicle was driven against the flow of traffic on the M9 motorway. Police Scotland reported receiving notification of the event close to Stirling around 04:30 on Sunday. Law enforcement personnel stated that the van was located and subsequently brought to a halt without further incident. A spokesperson for the police force indicated that the 33-year-old individual is anticipated to appear before Falkirk Sheriff Court at a later time.
