Urgent Gas Repairs Underway for Multiple Leaks

Urgent work is being conducted to address several minor gas leaks in Trowbridge, a town in Wiltshire. Wales & West Utilities announced it is undertaking pipe upgrades in central Trowbridge, with the project expected to conclude by November 4. Stallard Street will be closed at its intersection with Station Approach for the duration of these repairs. Alan Bickerstaff of Wales & West Utilities commented: “We know that working in areas like this is not ideal, but it really is essential to make sure we keep the gas flowing to homes and businesses.” He added: “We’ll have a team of gas engineers on site throughout to make sure our work is completed as safely and as quickly as possible while keeping disruption to a minimum.”
