Two additional individuals have been taken into custody on suspicion of murder, linked to the fatality of a man discovered with stab wounds in Bradford. The victim, 23-year-old Luqman Ishfaq, was located on Barlow Street in Barkerend on Monday 21 October following what authorities described as an “incident of violent disorder,” and he subsequently passed away in hospital. West Yorkshire Police confirmed that a 26-year-old man and a 19-year-old man were apprehended during Thursday night. Additionally, a third individual, aged 24, was arrested on suspicion of affray, raising the total number of people detained in connection with Mr. Ishfaq’s death to 13. The three men who were arrested on Thursday are currently being held in police custody. Officers stated that the ten other individuals previously arrested in connection with Mr. Ishfaq’s death have since been released on bail. Earlier statements from a police spokesperson indicated that Mr. Ishfaq was among four individuals who had escaped from a VW Golf involved in the disorder and were pursued by a group carrying weapons.
