Two individuals have appeared in court, facing charges concerning the murder of Indrit Mustafaj. Mr. Mustafaj, a 26-year-old from Bradford, died on Saturday, having sustained severe injuries at a property on Vyner Street in York. Michael Mulvana, 31, and Jobie Tyers, 27, were apprehended and subsequently charged with his murder, alongside wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm to a separate man and woman. Mr. Mulvana, whose address is Bright Street, and Mr. Tyers, from Croft Farm, have been remanded in custody and are set to appear at Leeds Crown Court on Monday. Police stated that a man and a woman, who had been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender in relation to the event, were released under investigation.
