Ryan Marshall, a 15-year-old pedestrian, died after being struck by a silver Ford Fiesta on Saturday at 18:00 GMT in New Street, Andover, Hampshire. His family has since characterized him as a “lovely, caring boy.” The teenager was transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on Sunday. Regarding the incident, a 29-year-old woman from Andover was apprehended on suspicion of driving while impaired by drugs.
