The trial for two individuals facing murder charges has been scheduled for June. This follows the death of Indrit Mustafaj, 26, of Bradford, who sustained severe injuries at a residence on Vyner Street in York on November 23. Michael Mulvana, 31, and Jobie Tyers, 27, previously appeared before Leeds Crown Court, where they were charged with the murder. Mr. Mulvana, whose address is Bright Street, and Mr. Tyers, of Croft Farm, did not enter pleas and were ordered to remain in custody. They are due to return to the same court on December 19. Beyond the murder charge, both individuals also face an accusation of intending to cause grievous bodily harm. A judge indicated that a provisional trial date has been set for June 3.
