Three additional individuals have been taken into custody following the death of a man who sustained fatal stab wounds in a village. Hampshire & Isle of Wight Police reported that the individual, discovered wounded on Station Road in Netley just prior to 18:30 GMT on Wednesday, succumbed to his injuries at the location. According to the force, an 18-year-old male from Netley and another 18-year-old male from Eastleigh were apprehended on Friday under suspicion of murder. Concurrently, a 36-year-old woman residing in Southampton was taken into custody on suspicion of aiding an offender, as well as for possession of a class B drug with intent to supply, and possession of an imitation firearm with the intent to instill fear of violence. These arrests follow the apprehension of an 18-year-old man from Southampton on Thursday, also on suspicion of murder. A 15-year-old boy, also from Netley, who had previously been arrested, has subsequently been released without any further legal proceedings anticipated against him. Following the discovery of the man, a police cordon was established on Station Road, adjacent to the entrance of the recreational ground. Hampshire & Isle of Wight Police are issuing an appeal for witnesses and individuals possessing dashcam, doorbell camera, mobile phone, or any other CCTV footage to present themselves.
