Following the stabbing of a 12-year-old girl, two teenage boys have made a court appearance. Law enforcement officials responded to an assault report received around 17:00 GMT on Sunday, which occurred near the Harbour Road car park in Barry Island, Vale of Glamorgan. The two boys, aged 13 and 15, whose identities are protected due to their age, face charges of grievous bodily harm with intent in connection with the event. During their appearance at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court, the defendants verified their names but did not enter any pleas. They received conditional bail and are scheduled to attend Cardiff Crown Court on 20 December. This report is subject to Copyright 2024 BBC. All rights reserved.
