Charges have been brought against a 15-year-old male following the discovery of a mobile phone concealed within a girls’ restroom at a secondary educational institution in Dundee. The occurrence reportedly became known after a female student at the school located the device during Tuesday afternoon. According to Police Scotland, the boy has been charged in relation to the matter, subsequent to a report alleging voyeurism.
