Teacher and Student Identified as Fatal Victims in Wisconsin School Shooting

The two individuals who died in a school shooting in Wisconsin have been identified as a teacher and a teenage student. Erin West, aged 42, and Rubi Vergara, 14, were fatally shot on Monday morning at a private Christian school located in Madison.
