Suspected Stabbing in Eastbourne Results in Hospitalization

An individual was transported to the hospital following a suspected stabbing incident in Eastbourne town centre. Emergency services responded to Furness Road on Tuesday, around 17:40 GMT, after receiving notifications that a 23-year-old man had sustained injuries from a knife. Sussex Police reported that officers conducted a search of the vicinity but “did not locate anyone believed to be involved in the incident”. The force indicated that further inquiries, involving CCTV analysis and witness interviews, are ongoing, and urged anyone with information to contact them.
