Six individuals have received sentences for their involvement in a cocaine supply operation. This legal action followed an incident on the evening of April 7, when Avon and Somerset Police intercepted a vehicle in Lockleaze, Bristol, recovering nearly a kilogram of cocaine. The sentencing of the group took place at Bristol Crown Court on Thursday, addressing a drug enterprise that operated between November 2023 and April of the current year. Of the six men, five were given substantial custodial sentences, while the sixth received a suspended sentence. Cartell Williams, 28, with no fixed abode, received an eight-year prison sentence. Aaron Thomas Haskins, 33, from Hartliffe, Bristol, was given a seven-year term of imprisonment. Ashley Wood, 27, of Bedminster, Bristol, was incarcerated for six years. Ajani Smith, 28, residing in Lockleaze, Bristol, was sentenced to four years in prison. Luke Anthony Gregory, 30, from Hartcliffe, Bristol, was jailed for 28 months. Adrian Williams, 59, also of Hartcliffe, Bristol, received a 19-month jail sentence, which was suspended for a period of two years.
