Seven individuals have been taken into custody subsequent to a man being stabbed in the shoulder. An altercation, reportedly involving multiple people believed to be carrying knives, was reported at approximately 16:30 GMT on Sunday. Upon officers’ arrival at Falmouth Street, Middlesbrough, they discovered a 24-year-old man who had sustained a stab wound. He was transported to James Cook University Hospital for medical attention and has since been released. Another man also suffered an injury to his finger. A Cleveland Police spokesperson confirmed: “Seven males have been arrested in connection with the incident and remain in police custody at this time.” The force has issued an appeal to the public for information.
