Police officers indicated they were summoned to the scene of the crash on Buxton Road in Ashbourne, Derbyshire, around 12:15 GMT on Wednesday. St John Street, specifically at its intersection with the A515, experienced a closure for a significant portion of the afternoon. It has, however, subsequently reopened.
