Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou has confirmed that Richarlison will miss the club’s Europa League match against Galatasaray on Thursday and will be “out for a little while” due to a hamstring injury. The Brazil international sustained the injury during Sunday’s 4-1 Premier League victory over Aston Villa. Postecoglou stated, “We’re still getting the final information but he’ll be out for a little while,” while also providing a more optimistic update regarding defender Cristian Romero. The Argentina centre-back suffered a foot injury during the Villa game but could be available for selection against Ipswich when Spurs return to league action on Sunday. In other injury news, Timo Werner (groin) and Mikey Moore (virus) did not travel with the squad to Turkey.
