Thomas is frequently seen traversing the shops along Parliament Street, where he is often provided with food and a comfortable place to rest by various establishments. With an online following surpassing 1,000 individuals, many of his supporters had expressed a desire for his official recognition. The ceremonial collar, featuring a bow embellished with a silver Manx cat medallion, was presented to him at the Town Hall on Tuesday.
