Law enforcement officials are seeking to locate three individuals in connection with an attempted murder incident that occurred in the southern part of Glasgow. A 38-year-old male sustained severe injuries during the assault, which took place in Auldhouse Park, located on Nether Auldhouse Road, approximately at 19:30 on Friday. The injured man was transported to a hospital, and authorities subsequently cordoned off the scene. Investigators are actively searching for three men observed in the vicinity at the time of the incident. It is believed that these men departed in the direction of Riverford Road, with one individual operating an e-scooter. Police personnel are conducting interviews with local residents and examining surveillance camera recordings. They have issued a request for anyone who might have witnessed the three men to contact them. Detective Inspector John Dowds stated: “A dedicated team of officers are working on this and I would like to reassure the community that we are doing everything we can to trace whoever is responsible.” He further urged: “Please think back – did you see or hear anything suspicious? Or did you see three men in the area on Friday evening?” Police will maintain a presence in the area as investigations continue.
