The individual, identified as Colin Meyer, 44, who has no fixed address, is described as white, of medium build, and having short dark hair. Police have indicated that he possesses stretched earlobes from piercings and speaks with a South African accent. Officers are requesting information from anyone who may have recently seen or communicated with him, or who knows his current whereabouts.
