Law enforcement officials are conducting an inquiry following reports of eleven instances where Christmas lights were severed from residences, with one such event recorded by a camera. This series of destructive acts occurred during the night between December 5 and December 6 across the Suffolk villages of Great Finborough, Stanningfield, Battisford, and Combs. Video captured by a doorbell camera depicts a man, whose face was covered by a balaclava, approaching a property stealthily before severing the festive lights installed there. Authorities suspect a connection between these occurrences, and their inquiries are continuing. As of now, no individuals have been apprehended.
