Law enforcement personnel have recovered various items believed to be stolen and have subsequently launched an online gallery to facilitate the identification of their rightful owners. Authorities suspect these objects were taken from residences and ancillary structures throughout Somerset, extending into the Blackdown Hills and Devon. According to police, three individuals have already faced court on charges of numerous burglaries and remain in custody awaiting trial. Individuals asserting ownership of the recovered items will be required to provide proof. Among the items identified are a spotted dog figurine, a vintage projector, condiment shakers, and a set of antlers. Hundreds more articles, such as jewelry and electrical appliances, are slated for inclusion in the gallery in the forthcoming weeks. Det Sgt Paul Cobb said: “We have already identified some items as having been stolen in burglaries, so I’d urge anyone who has suffered a burglary to look through the gallery.”It’s important for our ongoing investigation to identify the rightful owners of as many items as possible.
