Guernsey Police have reported that a cyclist was involved in a collision with a vehicle at the Prince Albert Road roundabout in St Peter Port on Halloween night. The incident occurred between 21:00 and 21:15 GMT on October 31st. The cyclist, who was descending from Ruettes Braye, is believed to have collided with a white Skoda. Officers indicated that the cyclist and the driver conversed at the scene of the accident but did not exchange contact details. Law enforcement officials are now appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision or possesses dashcam footage from the vicinity to come forward.
