Law enforcement officials have released a CCTV image of an individual they wish to interview in connection with the theft of insulation sheets valued at hundreds of pounds from a construction site located in Sheffield. South Yorkshire Police reported that the incident occurred around 06:20 BST on September 20. A spokesperson for the force stated that two vans reportedly damaged a vehicle upon exiting the Savile Street site before proceeding in the direction of Sheffield city centre. Members of the public who recognize the man, whom police described as white, in his 40s, of large build, approximately 5ft 10ins (1.8m) tall, with short hair that is black on top and grey on the sides, were urged to make contact. The CCTV footage additionally depicted the man dressed in a black body warmer, a black jumper with a single white stripe extending down both arms worn underneath, black jogging bottoms, and black shoes.
