Law enforcement officers are seeking public information following accounts of a man observed assaulting his personal guide dog within Nottingham. Nottinghamshire Police confirmed they received a call from an eyewitness who witnessed the event unfold on Hucknall Road, Carrington, approximately at 20:10 GMT on Sunday. An image captured from dashcam video has been disseminated to support their appeal for members of the public to provide assistance. PC Lisa Hopkin stated that the police force is currently analyzing dashcam footage pertaining to the incident and is coordinating with the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association in an effort to locate the individual in question.
