The owners of Old Station House at Corbiere, a property that previously appeared on television, have submitted proposals to dismantle a substantial glass extension. The residence, currently listed for £2.95m and featured in the 2015 programme Homes by the Sea, had previously undergone controversial modifications to create a four-bedroom home. According to a recent planning application, an existing extension offering views north over St Ouen’s Bay is intended to be replaced by a new extension situated to the west, towards La Corbiere lighthouse. The applicants stated that “The proposed plans would not change the fabric of the original building.” Post navigation Approval Secured for 66-Bed Care Home Project Council States Sinkhole Not Due to Storm Flooding, Cites Unauthorized Structural Work
