For guidance, tips from three of England’s Big Picture photographers are available. When emailing images, specific information must be included. While all submissions are welcome, there is a preference for photographs taken within the preceding week. An archive of pictures is accessible on Instagram, identifiable by the hashtags #bbcsouthnews and #OxfordshiresBigPicture. Submitting a picture signifies agreement with the BBC’s Terms and Conditions and its privacy policy. By contributing to Oxfordshire’s Big Picture, individuals grant the BBC a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and utilize the material as desired, across any media globally.
