Submitting a picture signifies agreement with the BBC’s Terms and Conditions and its privacy policy. By contributing to Oxfordshire’s Big Picture, individuals grant the BBC a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and utilize the material as desired, across any media globally.
