Submitting a picture signifies agreement with the BBC’s Terms and Conditions and its privacy policy. By contributing to Oxfordshire’s Big Picture, individuals grant the BBC a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and utilize the material as desired, across any media worldwide. Contributors retain copyright to their submissions for Oxfordshire’s Big Picture, and if an image is accepted, the contributor’s name will be published alongside it.
