Goalkeeper Angus Gunn of Norwich City has been made available for selection for the club’s festive fixtures, having received a £4,500 fine for misconduct. The Scotland international acknowledged improper conduct near the tunnel area during the half-time break of this month’s fixture against QPR. However, a disciplinary panel determined that a fine constituted adequate retribution. Separately, team-mate Kenny McLean incurred a four-match suspension for violent conduct during the identical match, which Norwich lost by a score of 3-0. The incident, which took place in the 24th minute, was not observed by match officials at the time, but the ban was subsequently enforced retrospectively.
