A male individual has been formally accused of murder subsequent to the discovery of a deceased man at a residence located in Hampshire. Sean Ember, aged 35, passed away at the specific location on Arcaro Road, Andover, Hampshire, during the evening hours of November 29. Justin Griffith, 41 years old, whose address is Botley Road, Southampton, has been charged with both murder and the offense of possessing a knife in a public area. Basingstoke magistrates ordered his detention in custody, with an instruction for him to appear before Winchester Crown Court on Friday. A 21-year-old man, who was also taken into custody on suspicion of murder, has since been released without any charges and will not face further legal proceedings.
