An individual operating a motorbike has been hospitalized with life-threatening injuries following a collision with a vehicle during a police pursuit. West Yorkshire Police reported that the motorcycle collided with a red Vauxhall Corsa on Harrogate Road, Bradford, at approximately 13:19 GMT. The police force stated that the motorcycle was being pursued because it had failed to stop for officers earlier. A second male passenger, also on the motorbike, sustained serious injuries in the incident. No other injuries were reported. Several road closures have been implemented while an investigation into the crash is conducted. Authorities are asking anyone who witnessed the collision or possesses any information regarding the event to contact the police. The Independent Office for Police Conduct has been notified, according to the force.
