Queen’s Park’s 1-0 defeat to Montrose marks their fifth consecutive loss. Montrose manager Craig Feroz shared his thoughts on the match, stating: “I thought we dominated the game, I can’t remember them having a shot on target. In the first half we should’ve scored four or five. “I couldn’t believe how many chances we missed in the first half. I gave them a lot of stick for not dealing with the wind but Queen’s Park didn’t deal with it either. “It’s really important to win over the teams around you so I’m very happy.” Queen’s Park interim manager John McNeil commented on his team’s performance, saying: “It was really tough for all the players, but I think the girls stood up to the conditions quite well.”Going in 0-0 at half-time, Montrose had a lot of the territory. I think in the second half we didn’t take advantage of it as much as I would have liked to. “It was a tough day, tough conditions all round.”
