An individual is scheduled to stand trial next year following a plea of not guilty to an attempted murder charge. Derbyshire Police responded to Abbey Street in Derby on October 2, after reports indicated a man in his twenties sustained serious injuries. Abdusalam Hassan, aged 27 and residing on Burton Road in Derby, made a remote appearance at Derby Crown Court on Wednesday. His trial is set to commence on March 31 of the upcoming year.
