An individual sustained injuries following an assault in North Yorkshire, during which he was stamped upon. The incident occurred on Sunday, between 13:15 GMT and 13:45, with the victim being assaulted beneath an archway situated between Garden Court and The Chimes in Selby. North Yorkshire Police reported that the assailant repeatedly stamped on the victim’s head before fleeing the scene. Law enforcement officials have issued an appeal for anyone with relevant information to come forward. The individual suspected of the assault is described as a slim white male, believed to be in his early 20s, possessing short brown hair, and standing approximately 5ft 5in (1.65m) in height.
