Law enforcement officials have reported that an individual sustained a severe head injury following an assault in a Tesco car park. According to Avon and Somerset Police, the incident occurred around 13:25 GMT on 5 November, when the man was slapped in the face by a woman within the Tesco car park located on Danes Lane in Keynsham, near Bristol. Subsequently, the victim, who is in his 70s, was punched in the jaw by a male assailant, leading to his fall and the resulting head injury. The police force confirmed that he received hospital treatment and has since been released. Authorities have issued an appeal for public assistance in identifying the man and woman involved, who were observed travelling in a white hatchback vehicle, and have urged any witnesses to provide information. The woman is described as white, approximately 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build, in her 30s, with shoulder-length dark hair. She was dressed entirely in black attire, including a black cotton jacket, during the event.
