An individual accused of causing the death of a three-week-old infant in a road traffic collision has appeared in court to enter a not guilty plea. Craig Nunn, 39, was present at Worcester Crown Court on Monday following the fatal incident, which took place on 26 October on the A451 in Worcestershire. Appearing via video link, Mr. Nunn, of Sandy Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, denied charges of causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving. His trial is scheduled to begin on 22 April next year, with a pre-trial review slated for 25 March. West Mercia Police had previously stated that a black Ford Focus and a black Suzuki Vitara collided between Kidderminster and Stourport at approximately 00:10 GMT. The infant, who was travelling in the Suzuki, died at the scene of the crash. A man and woman in their twenties, also occupants of the same vehicle, were hospitalized for their injuries. Police reported that Mr. Nunn was not injured in the collision.
